Winnie the Pooh KIDS

Our 1st and 2nd Graders put on a delightful adaptation of Disney’s Winnie the Pooh KIDS, based on the beloved characters of A.A. Milne. The mysterious Backson has captured Christopher Robin – and it’s up to the critters of the Hundred Acre Wood, to rescue him.

Congratulations to our students for showing us the valuable lessons of teamwork, friendship, and sharing snacks through this magical journey!

The Senior Graduation ceremony for the Class of 2023 was a resounding success, marking the culmination of years of dedication and perseverance. It was a joyous occasion filled with laughter and tears as we honored the remarkable achievements and tireless efforts of our graduating students throughout their time at Stamford.

As we reflect on the shared experiences and growth we have witnessed, we couldn’t be prouder of the Class of 2023 and the bright futures that lie ahead for each and every one of them.

With the flicker of excitement in the air, we bid farewell to these exceptional individuals and send them off with heartfelt well-wishes for the next chapter of their lives.

A Storytelling Spectacular

For the past two months, our Grade 6 students have been working hard researching on a topic of their choice for their self-authored e-books, based on a wide array of topics like the arts, social issues, history, technology, and many more.

They presented their e-books with captivating visuals to staff and parents , sharing their exciting stories and inviting feedback. Seeing their storytelling come to life is so inspiring!

Coffee with Counselors

Moving to a new location can be pretty daunting at times, whether it’d be moving to a new division or even a new country. Leaving behind a familiar environment may take some getting used to.

Our recent Coffee with Counselors session addresses this with our families, whether they are moving away or staying here while seeing their friends leave. While each experience is unique, our counselors shared strategies to help cope with such transitions.

It was heartwarming to see parents open up with stories and best memories while our counselors provided a listening ear.

Singapore Showdown

52 racers from 13 teams took part in the first ever live FUSE Cup competition in Asia, where they played Mario Kart.

After much intense racing, we’re proud to announce that Lucas from team Stamford came up as the Singapore Champion! Congratulations Lucas! Shoutout to Sam and Andre as well, for getting the Speed Trial and Most Valuable Player awards respectively.

Shoutout to our Digital Learning leaders for coaching our teams and making this happen.

Here at Stamford American, our team of Student Support Services work to provide students with the support they need to find their path here. We encourage everyone to wear purple this Thursday, to celebrate neurodivergence and raise awareness.

Stamford Athletics keeping busy!

Our Badminton team had the chance to travel overseas, as they played their games at the Alice Smith School’s Official Site in Kuala Lumpur, while our Softball & Gymnastics teams competed at UWC South East Asia Dover and East respectively.

Huge shoutout to Amber for clinching the gold medal in the Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor in Level 8 competition.
